Mette offers personalised psychological care in a friendly non-judgmental way. Your first session will be an intake session (where you do most of the talking!) - if you feel comfortable and feel the therapeutic relationship will work for you we will create a treatment plan and get started.
Mette combines Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Interpersonal Therapy to help people process any grief and trauma, develop healthy relationships, and create long-lasting change. You may want to develop assertiveness or communication skills, manage anxiety or depression, or improve stress management strategies. You are also welcome to come in with your partner for couples therapy.
